Many Bills fans and media members are trying to predict what general manager Brandon Beane and his staff will do with the 27th overall pick?

There are two positions that fans keep coming back to: wide receiver and linebacker.

Linebacker makes a ton of sense, considering Tremaine Edmunds left in free agency (Chicago Bears). Wide receiver also makes sense, since the Bills receivers after Stefon Diggs had a problem consistently getting open in single coverage. Many want someone opposite of Diggs.

Gabe Davis will be entering year four of his NFL career, which also happens to be the final year of his rookie contract. What's Davis' future hold with the Bills and can he improve, or is what we have seen all we are going to get?

Stefon Diggs made it clear -- he thinks Davis is a future number one wide receiver.

Analytics say that Davis is not going to develop into a number one receiver, as his open, catch and yards after catch rates are all below average, even compared to tight end Dawson Knox.

I'm in the camp of wanting to improve at wide receiver.

The Bills did sign Deonte Harty and Trent Sherfield, but neither should be used on an every-down basis for the Bills offense.

Buffalo could use one more, difference-maker, at wide receiver.
