The Pegula Sisters Open Up ‘The Healthy Scratch’ At Canalside

Today is the big day for Kelly and Jessie Pegula.  Their new restaurant, "The Healthy Scratch" is opening up at The Shops at Harbor Center at Canalside.The restaurant is billed as a "healthy quick-service restaurant that will offer a variety of healthy food and drink options."

Expect grab-and-go foods like yogurt, smoothies, fresh cold pressed juices, salads, wraps, and more.

“We couldn’t be more excited to open this restaurant in Buffalo,” Kelly said. The continuing growth of the Canalside district has made our waterfront an extremely exciting location. The development of this region, recent trends in the health food industry, and our passion for both has made this venture all the more meaningful for us.”
