Tom Brady Tweets About His Win Over The Bills With Video [WATCH]
The Buffalo Bills are now 7-6, but still sit in the final playoff spot in the AFC playoff standings after their heartbreaking 33-27 overtime loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday evening.
The game featured a take of two vastly different halves for each team.
The Bucs led 24-3 at halftime, but the Bills flipped the script and outscored the Bucs 24-3 in the second half, leading to a 27-27 tie at the end of regulation.
However, the penalties and "non-penalties" from the NFL officials were what Bills fans were most upset about; particularly the non-pass interference call on Bucs cornerback Carlton Davis on Bills wide receiver Stefon Diggs towards the end of regulation in the end zone, and the actual pass interference call on Bills cornerback Levi Wallace on Bucs wide receiver Mike Evans in overtime.
Bills quarterback Josh Allen put the team on his back in the second half, and he finished the game with over 300 yards passing and over 100 yards rushing, which is just the fourth time a quarterback has ever done that in NFL history.
On Monday afternoon, Buccaneers quarterback Tom Brady tweeted out a video of himself pumping up the win, and the fact they fought hard to earn the victory.
Obviously, Bills fans are dominating the thread here, along with numerous quote tweets from Bills Mafia that bring up the Diggs and Wallace plays.
The Bills now prepare for the Carolina Panthers next Sunday at 1 pm at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park.
The Bills still have a shot at the AFC East, but must win their game on December 26th at New England, along with their season finale at home against the New York Jets for tiebreaker purposes.
