Von Miller Says He Can’t Say What Aaron Rodgers Told Him Sunday
The Buffalo Bills are 6-1 and looking forward to their week 9 matchup at the New York Jets this Sunday afternoon.
The Bills got their sixth win with a 27-17 victory over the Green Bay Packers this past Sunday night at Highmark Stadium, in a game that was the tale of two half's
The Bills outstanding performance in the first half and the mistake-filled second half.
The Bills offense didn’t capitalize on chances and quarterback Josh Allen threw two interceptions, one of which was inside the 10-yard-line.
Despite that, the Bills had a sizable lead the majority of the night and one thing that puzzled many fans was why in the world were the Packers running the ball, down 17 points in the third quarter?
Bills edge rusher Von Miller was a guest on Richard Sherman’s podcast and said that same exact thing to Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
Miller said to Rodgers during the third quarter of the Sunday night game, “what are y’all not passing the ball?”
Miller admitted that he “couldn’t tell us what he said, I’m gonna use this platform to get sh*t started.”
Sherman said he thinks it’s because they knew their receivers weren’t good enough and jokes that Rodgers would’ve said “I wish I could throw it to myself.”
The Packers third quarter offensive strategy against the Bills was one of the more bizarre things I’ve ever seen in an NFL game.
It does not matter how bad you think your receivers are or that it hasn’t gone your way this season, you have to throw the ball when you’re down by 17 points in the second half of a game.
