I’ve heard of some nightmare honeymoons.  Most of my friends are married and I’ve heard everything from losing their luggage to massive illness in Mexico.  But it’s nothing compared to what this couple went through.  Stefan and Erika Svanstrom of Stockholm, Sweden, may have endured the WORST honeymoon in history. Beginning in December, they embarked on a four-month global honeymoon with their newborn daughter in tow and experienced six natural disasters:

Things immediately got off to a bad start when they found themselves stranded in Munich, Germany, due to one of Europe's worst snowstorms in recent history. But that was nothing compared to what lay ahead. After that, Stefan said they experienced the devastation of a cyclone in Cairns, Australia, raging flood waters in Brisbane, and narrowly escaped the bush fires in Perth. Then, just before they arrived in New Zealand, the 6.3-magnitude earthquake hit Christchurch. And then they got to Tokyo just in time to experience Japan's largest earthquake and tsunami since records began!Stefan said, "I know marriages have to endure some trials, but I think we have been through most of them. But the most important thing is that we're still going strong."  Hahaha…well buddy, if that’s how the honeymoon went, I can’t imagine what it’s gonna be like when things get tough?

How’s your honeymoon looking now?  Got a story to top that?
