Here’s How Much Paid Family Leave You’ll Get Soon in New York!

You've probably already notice it come out of your paychecks.

When it is all fully rolled out, New York State will have the longest and most comprehensive leave plan in the United States. Of course, it will come out of our paychecks, but certainly a nice benefit.

Working families will no longer have to choose between caring for their loved ones and risking their economic security.

Starting January 1, 2018, the New York State Paid Family Leave Program will provide New Yorkers job-protected, paid leave to bond with a new child, care for a loved one with a serious health condition or to help relieve family pressures when someone is called to active military service.

Here's how it will pan out over the next 4 years.
