It’s Been 10 Years Since We Lost Waylon [VIDEO]

It's crazy how fast time flies.  Believe it or not, it was already 10 years ago today that we lost one of the all time greats in country music.  On February 13, 2002 Waylon Jennings passed away in his sleep from complications of Diabetes.

Something I didn't know about Waylon was that he was set to be on the plane that killed Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper and Ritchie Valens.  He unintentionally missed that flight.  But before hand Holly joked with Jennings that he hoped his bus froze up.  Jennings responded that he "hoped your ol' plane crashes."  According to wikipedia , those words haunted Waylon for the rest of his life.
