Another Creepy Moment For VP Biden

It happened again.  Vice President Joe Biden got a little too touchy feely during the swearing in of new Defense Secretary Ashton Carter at the White House. It really is hard to concentrate on what the Defense Secretary is saying because of the show that's going on behind him.

Just a month ago, Biden had another creepy moment during the swearing in of Iowa Senator Chris Coons when he whispered something in the ear of the Senator's young daughter.  He tried to give her a kiss, but she backed away just in time.
