According to WIVB-TV, the "all clear" has been given after authorities were checking a bag that was left at an Armed Forces Recruitment Center this morning.

Witnesses at the scene say that the man came into the center at 2240 Sheridan Dr. in Tonawanda this morning. He gave a recruiter a hard time around 8:35 a.m. and made unusual, illogical comments while walking out. He left his car in the parking lot and took off on foot, and he left a bag that had wires coming out of it, and the bomb squad has a robot checking it.

The suspect is now in custody, and he is currently at Erie County Medical Center having a mental health evaluation.
