Not too many people have been in the situation that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have been in. The newlyweds scored huge at the recent CMA Awards in Nashville. I don't know if there has ever been a time where the female AND male vocalists of the year were a married couple. I may have to do some research on that one.
