In the perfect world of Buffalo Bills football the Bills would play the New York Jets every week.  The Bills certainly have the Jets number completing a season sweep with Monday night's 38-3 rout.  In their two games this year the Bills have outscored the Jets 81 to 26.

With the record-setting snowfall last week in Buffalo forcing the game to be moved to Detroit, the Bills made themselves at home at Ford Field.  Even the field had the Bills logo making it at least look like a home game.

The Bills got to work early scoring a touchdown on their very first offensive drive when Kyle Orton found Robert Woods in the end zone on a 7-yard pass.  It was 7-0 Buffalo and as it turned out that was all the Bills would need.  A touchdown pass to Scott Chandler that covered 19-yards made it 14-3 at the half.

The Bills put it away in the third quarter scoring 17 points in just over four minutes including a blocked punt by Anthony Dixon recovered in the end zone for a touchdown by Manny Lawson.

Orton finished 24 of 32 for 230 yards and a pair of touchdowns.  Robert Woods led the team with 9 catches for 118 yards including an incredible one-handed catch for a first down.

The Bills finally were able to cash in on red zone possessions.  In three possessions inside the Jets 20 yard line the Bills scored touchdowns on each one.

And a huge game by the Bills defense with 7 sacks including two each by Mario Williams and Jerry Hughes.

The Bills improve to 6-5 heading into a huge showdown with the Cleveland Browns next Sunday at Wilson Stadium.
