Coach’s Emotional Speech After Little League Loss

(Youtube)

Thinking back to all the little league baseball and football teams I played on as a kid we lost more games than we won.  But we played and tried and had fun.  We never experienced the pain of losing in a big tournament because we were never good enough to play in one.

There’s no bigger tournament than the Little League World Series each year in Williamsport, PA.  There can only be one winner which means most of the teams go home after a loss, but if I had been on a losing team in the Little League World Series I’d want this guy to be my coach.

David Belisle delivered an emotional speech to his players after his team from Rhode Island lost a close game earlier this week.
