Creative Way To Deal With A Road Hog

I'm sure you've been there.  You're driving down the Thruway, there's slow moving traffic in the right lane, so you pull into the passing lane and there's somebody sitting there in the passing lane that's holding up a long line of traffic.  It's infuriating.  What do you do?

I came across this video of one guy's solution to a maddening problem.  I'm not sure I would have done it.  I likely would have just sat there and stewed.  But what a great way to get it settled.  Would you have thought of it?
