Delivery Fail

The guy was home waiting for the delivery of his brand new computer monitor.  His front door was open and when the delivery truck showed up all the delivery man had to do was ring the bell at the gate.  He didn't bother.  Instead he just threw the package over the fence. 

The monitor had to be sent back because it was broken.  Luckily, the guy happened to have a video camera outside and recorded the whole thing.  Do you think the delivery guy might be in a bit of trouble?
