Remember when we featured the adorable Emily Sunshine Hamilton singing Jimmie Rogers' 'Blue Yodel No. 6,' complete with the yodeling? The 9-year-old appeared on 'The Today Show' this week, showing off her now television-worthy musical skills.

The young girl, who already has two albums out, took the stage in front of the cameras for a special performance with her full band, Emi Sunshine and the Rain. You could say it's a family affair; her band consists of her dad, uncle and brother.

When Willie Geist asked who her favorite musicians are, Sunshine didn’t say Miley Cyrus or Justin Bieber, like many girls her age would. Instead, her response shows just how in love this young star is with country music.

"I've been singing since I was four. I’ve been playing about a year and half," she explains, citing Dolly Parton and Emmylou Harris as her influences. "I like Buddy Miller, I like Mac Ferris."

Wearing pigtails and exuding confidence, Emi Sunshine didn't appear the least bit nervous throughout her performance. Although she excluded her yodeling this time, the audience (and 'Today' hosts) were completely captivated by the sweet girl. A wink at the end sealed the deal -- she is a future star!
