This year sparks the Eleventh Annual Polar Plunge for Special Olympics in Buffalo, New York!!
Raise $100 to take the Plunge and receive an official Polar Plunge hoodie! There is a minimum of $100 to plunge. The $100 minimum is waived for schools participating in the Cool School Challenge. Must be registered under a school team.
COOL SCHOOL CHALLENGE!
2016 Cool School Challenge Winner-NIAGARA UNIVERSITY! Will your school be the 2017 Cool School Challenge winner?? The top fundraising school team will lead the Parade to Plunge, their school colors will be on the 2018 Plunge hoodies and YOUR team picture will be featured in all 2018 marketing materials! Get your friends, teachers and principals ready and try our “Toss Your Teacher” campaign!!
Timeline for 2017 Polar Plunge:
• 11am-1pm: Registration-everyone must register inside and get their plunge bracelet
• 11am-1pm:Costume Judging- you have to register your costume to be in the running to win an award!
• 1pm: Everyone in the tent!
• 1:15pm: Plunge Warm Up
• 1:25pm: Check Presentation
• 1:30pm: Awards! 11 different awards will be given out!
• 1:40pm: 50/50 winner announced
• 1:50pm: National Anthem
• 2:00pm: PLUNGE!!!!
