Empire State Beef Classic

The second annual Empire State Beef Classic will be held on May 2nd, 3rd & 4th at The Fairgrounds in Hamburg.
In addition to the open show the weekend features junior events such as a junior fitting competition, showmanship and a skill-a-thon.
Awards for the top five heifers and steers.
Grand Champion - $1000
Reserve Champion - $500
Third Overall - $250
Fourth Overall - Banner
Fifth Overall - Banner

Exhibitors will be awarded premiums as well as other prizes throughout the weekend!

Friday May 2nd:
12 Noon - Cattle may begin to arrive
7:00 - 9:00 pm - Check In

Saturday May 3rd:
8:00 - 11:00AM - Check In
11:00 AM - Silent Auction Opens
11:00 AM - 12:00 Noon - Jr. Team Fitting Competition
2:00 - 4:00 PM - Jr. Skill-a-thon
5:00 PM - Exhibitor Potluck Dinner (Please bring a dish to pass, roast beef will be provided)
7:00 PM - Jr. Showmanship Show
9:00-10:00 PM - Check In Open (All cattle must be checked in and in place by 10:00PM
10:00 PM - Silent Auction Closes

Sunday May 4th:
9:00 AM - Silent Auction Opens and Concludes at the end of the Open Heifer Show
10:00 AM - Open Heifer Show followed by Open Steer Show
