The annual Hospice Dash is a family friendly and fun event, runners will enjoy live bands, scenic views of Lake Ontario and free t-shirts & finisher medals. It's Sunday, September 19th. The race finishes at a huge post race party with live music by Strictly Hip, free food and drinks, awards, best-dressed Rock-star costume contest, and much more! This family friendly event has quickly become one of the premier 5K races of the fall running season in WNY.
