Frosty The Snowman Arrested At Christmas Parade

We all know that Frosty the Snowman is a holly jolly soul right?  Well one particular Frosty had a meltdown at a Christmas parade over the holiday weekend and was arrested for disorderly conduct in Chestertown Maryland. 

 The 52 year man named Kevin Michael Walsh is accused of scuffling with police and kicking the police dog.  The same man has dressed in the Frosty costume and walked in this parade for 10 years, this is his first arrest during that time.  The guy says he was wrongly arrested and claims he only became agitated after the arrest.  Can you say thump-a –Dee, thump, thump look at Frosty go….to jail?
