Gardening With Brett Alan [GALLERY]

Something that many of you don't know about me is that I really enjoy gardening.  The ironic thing is that I always thought my dad was nuts when he'd talk about gardening with me.  Now I'd give anything to have an afternoon with him digging in the dirt.  Now that the weather is getting nicer I had some time to get to my gardens and I clicked some pictures to share with you.

It always amazes me to see the things that come from water, dirt, sunshine and a little elbow grease.  So I hope to be able to update you every couple of weeks with what grows (or doesn't) in my gardens. 

I haven't gotten anything planted yet but these pictures are just the first step that I took to get my gardens ready.  You'll see some pictures of what my gardens look before I did anything to them then the ready to be planted boxes.  The first rectangular boxes that you see will hold all vegetables.  The second kind of kidney bean shaped garden is a couple bushes and will be flowers.  Check back in a couple weeks to see if they turn green!
