I grew up on John Hughes type films in the 80's and 90's and John Cusack was one of my favorite actors. At this juncture, he's considered a Hollywood icon and he's coming to The Center for the Arts at University of Buffalo for a live conversation and audience Q&A on Friday, September 14th at 7:30 p.m. With four decades’ worth of roles in over 70 films, John Cusack will share stories from his career, answer audience questions, and give a behind-the-scenes look into his breakout role as Lloyd Dobler, following a screening of the iconic 1989 film Say Anything.

John is ranked by  Entertainment Weekly as one of the greatest modern movie romances (and #11 on the list of 50 best high-school movies), "Say Anything" made a star out of John Cusack who went on to success in multiple films including High Fidelity, Grosse Point Blank, and Being John Malkovich among others like The Sure Thing, which I watched multiple times as a teenager. Fans like me can join the conversation with John who will be answering audience questions. A limited number of VIP seats will be available, which include a post-show photo op with John. Tickets start at $49.75 (plus applicable fees) and are available at Ticketfly.com, by phone at 877-987-6487, or at The Center for the Arts Box Office.
