Jurassic Quest is Must-Do Adventure + Experience

Jurassic Quest is one of the hose events that when it comes to your city next time--you need to go.

It was such a great experience for the kids that they are still talking about it days later. To be honest, it was fun for the adults, too.

I'll tell you what to expect when you go to Jurassic Quest and some tips on how to maximize your experience if you have multiple kids.

What is Jurassic Quest?

It's the largest and most realistic Dinosaur Exhibit on tour, featuring true-to-detail (and size!) dinosaurs, including a 60 foot long, sky-scraping Spinosaurus, and an 80 foot long Apatosaurus, and gigantic LIFESIZE T.rex! In addition there are tons of fun activities that kids of different ages will love--like "raptor training", a fossil exhibit and riding a triceratops to face painting, a creative station and excavating small fossils.

The tour travels throughout the year, so check when it is coming to you--the experience in Rochester was a riot.

How much are tickets?

Super reasonable and absolutely worth the adventure. They start at $19 for seniors and $22 for everyone else. Ages 2 and under are free.

Pro-Tip

• Obviously, getting there earliest is best. Regardless of when you get there, the first thing you should do is get in line to ride some of the massive dinosaurs. It's so cool and the attraction that the kids will love the most.
• Then, check out any of the  scheduled programs or films and then you can plan on being on-time from there.
• Then from there you can do the activates, excavating or looking at the huge dinosaurs (my favorite part as the dad--they look so real) because you can do those at your own pace.

**Keep in mind that our kids are all under 3 years old, so we tended to stay in areas that were most appropriate, but do know there are TONS of activities for all kid age ranges.
