Just When You Thought You Heard It All

A 10-year-old girl gave birth in southern Spain and authorities are deciding whether she and her family can have custody.

Micaela Navarro, the Andalusia region's social affairs minister, said the father of the baby is also a minor, and authorities don't consider it a statutory rape case.

Under Spanish law, having consensual sex with someone under age 13 is classified as child abuse, but it was unclear if the father would be charged.
