It's amazing what people will do when they're depressed.  It's nothing to make fun of.  When it comes to the welfare of a person's child, it's just downright sad.  A man in Minnesota is wanted by the police for abandoning his 11 year old boy at their home that was going into foreclosure with nothing more than 2 letters to say goodbye.

The man who wrote the two letters is named Steven Alexander Cross, 60.  The first was to his son instructing him to take his playstation and try to move in to the neighbor's house.  The second was to the neighbor asking them to take care of the boy.

"If this paper is wet it's because I am crying so bad. You know your dad loves you more than anything," the letter said. Elsewhere he wrote: "There are many, many great years ahead for you. Not so for me."

Cross had previously told his son that his mother was dead but in the letter revealed that she was actually alive.

The boy is now in foster care as the police hope to find his father.

How could you just leave your 11 year old son to fend for himself?    I'll never understand people.  Parenting 101:  Want to be a dad?  Put your kids FIRST.
