This guy is most likely the best boss ever. In an effort to keep employees at his firm and to attract the best and brightest talent, he is doing something that most employers either couldn't afford or would never consider.He is giving them money and they have to use it for an actual vacation! How many of us go on vacation only to be interrupted by an email or phone call from work?? That could be the most annoying thing ever. If you worked for Bart Lorang, that would never happen.
