M&M’s Has A New Flavor And I’m Not Sure I’m Sold

M&M's are debuting a new flavor for this holiday season and it doesn't seem like it's too far off the beaten path for them.To be fair, they do have a couple of VERY different flavors coming in 2019 with their International Flavors line that includes Mexican Jalapeño Peanut, Thai Coconut Peanut, and, of course, English Toffee Peanut

Because…you know…once Halloween comes and goes, it’s all Christmas carols right?

So this year, M&M’s will be debuting Hot Cocoa M&M’s.

It’s layer after layer of milk chocolate with that same candy shell, but these ones are filled with marshmallow.

It’s like drinking a steaming mug of hot chocolate…or just eating a regular M&M with marshmallow in it.

Don't get me wrong, I love M&M's - especially around the holidays.  When they decided to sell bags that were JUST red and green...brilliant!  But I’m sorry…I’m having a hard time buying into the new flavor.  It would be comparable to Reece's coming out with a new flavor like "campfire shelled peanuts" or something.  Hot Cocoa doesn’t seem like much of a stretch when it comes to someone who makes a chocolate product, but hey, I’ve never tried them right?

They’ll be available exclusively at Target in the next couple weeks.
