Never Buy These Tickets To The Toyota Taste Of Country

The WYRK Toyota Taste of Country is coming up on June 21st.  But there are some tickets that you should never buy to the show.

Old Dominion is a band of guys who all started off as writers in Nashville first. They've got a ton of hits that they've recorded on their own, and a bunch more that they've written for other artists.

Jon Pardi is that perfect amount of traditional country with the new sound that you love so much.  Chris Janson is another well known song writer who is just a ball of energy on the stage.  Chase Beckham just won American Idol and he's got his very first single on the radio.  And of course, Voyager is our TOC Riser Competition winner that is going to be opening the show.

If it's so great, which tickets should you never buy?

You hear about it happening all the time, but you should never buy tickets from any third party seller.  Don't buy scalped tickets.  Don't buy from discount website tickets.  Only buy tickets from the original source.

It seems like such an innocent thing to do.  People do it every day, but it could end up costing you more in the long run.  Here's why:

1.  Safety - You never know who you're buying from when you buy from a third party.  Meeting up with a stranger to buy something that you could buy directly from the source could be very dangerous.

2.  Avoid scams - How many times have you heard about people losing a bunch of money because they got scammed trying to buy tickets from a third party seller?  It happens every day

3.  Refunds never go to someone who bought from a third party - In the history of the Taste of Country concerts in Buffalo, only one concert ended with the show being canceled.  A wind and rain storm ended up causing Eric Church to cancel when he was our headliner.  However, the show was able to be made up at a later date.  The only people who were able to get tickets to the re-scheduled show though, were people who could show the proof of purchase when new tickets were issued.  Those who bought from a third party were out of luck.
