New York City Woman Attacked On Subway With Pen
I think for the most part, our commute to and from work here in Buffalo is a pretty easy one. Commuters in New York City aren't all as lucky. Many are forced to deal with a lot during their daily morning commute: crowds, delays, traffic. But smoking on the subway? Well, that's a whole other story.

According to reports, a man lit up a cigarette while riding the downtown 3 train at about 9:15AM Tuesday morning.
Naturally, the woman sitting next to him complained. But to her horror, the smoker got so annoyed by her remarks, he pulled out a pen and stabbed her in the head.
The altercation reportedly occurred just as the car pulled into the Chambers St. station. The woman was treated for a minor flesh wound at a nearby hospital.
The attacker's name hasn't been released, but he was charged with assault.
Sad news all around - but if it's any consolation, at least she wasn't attacked by a rat.
