We're only two weeks into summertime (officially). It's always a great time of the year for outdoor activities and things to do with family and friends.

However, despite it only being early July, it doesn't hurt to look forward to all the events that are taking place in Western New York this fall. Buffalo is a phenomenal place for September and October, as you get enough warmth early on and then those perfect sweater weather days in October.

One event coming back in September happens in Niagara County.

3rd Annual Fall In The Falls Fest

The Niagara SPCA will be having the third annual "Fall in the Falls" fest on Saturday, September 16th. It will be located near the SPCA at 2100 Lockport Road in Wheatfield.

There will be food, a beer tent and live music from Nashville artist, Trey Taylor.

General admission is $25 and VIP tickets are $100, which will get people two drinks (beer, wine, hard cider), food, a private cash bar and meet and greets after the concert.

It will be held 5-9 pm.

If you are thinking of adopting a dog or cat, by the way, there's no better place to do so than the Niagara SPCA. So many great animals are there to no fault of their own; man still need a forever home.

My dog Odessa is a rescue dog and she's the sweetest dog my wife and I have ever seen. Rescue dogs are worth it.
