There's a report the NFL will not discipline Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy.  The Philadelphia District Attorney's office last week announced that no charges would be filed against McCoy, citing a lack of evidence.

Video from an altercation inside the Recess Lounge in the early morning hours of February 7th seems to show images of McCoy and other men throwing punches in a dispute over a bottle of champagne.  Two Philadelphia police officers needed hospital treatment but the DA concluded there was no way to determine who started it or whether the participants were defending themselves.

The injured officers had different accounts of what happened and no arrests were made at the scene.  As a result the DA's office determined it would be difficult to prosecute the case.

Even though McCoy no longer faced criminal charges there was still a possibility the NFL could punish him under the league's personal conduct policy.  According to Ian Rappaport of NFL Media McCoy will avoid league punishment.
