Oakland Warehouse Landlord Gives Uncomfortable Interview on NBC [VIDEO]

After the tragic fire in Oakland, NBC aired a live interview with a man who was behind the start of the "ghost community" inside the warehouse.

At least 36 people died in the fire which is now under criminal investigation.
