Police Looking For Help From Public After Finding Dog In Zip-Lock Bag [PICTURES]

Honestly, what is wrong with people?! Remember last year when the puppy Phoenix was lit on fire by two young men?

Now, the Chautauqua County Humane Society is looking for some help, Western New York, after a dog was found in a Coors Light cooler bag this afternoon.They renamed her Tinkerbell, and she is now doing fine, but the female Chihuahua was found inside a zipped cooler thermal bag on Southwestern Boulevard!

Police say that they knew Tinkerbell had to have been in the bag for quite some time because of the amount of pee and feces from the dog inside.
