Scotty McCreery Stumbles Off Stage

(Getty Images)

Some sources are saying he fell off the stage, but really it was a stumble when Scotty McCreery appeared Friday night as part of the Brad Paisley show at the Bethel Woods Center of Art in Bethel, NY.  Scotty was singing Travis Tritt’s “T-R-O-U-B-L-E” at the time when he lost his bearings and kind of skipped off the stage.  He didn’t get hurt and just rolled back on to the stage and continued the show as if nothing happened.

Scotty tweeted about it and joked that Paisley shortened the stage on him.  He offered up a video of his performance.  If you want to fast forward ahead to where he stumbled – it happens at around 8:15 or so.

The following night at Darien Lake things went without a hitch and Scotty was able to stay on stage for his entire performance.
