Brad Paisley learned of the tragedy at the Boston Marathon on Monday (April 15), and like all Americans, he felt for the victims, the families of victims and all Bostonians.

As people are trying to make sense of the bombing that took place yesterday in Boston, others are asking, "What can I do?" An impromptu solidarity run is being planned for runners in Buffalo.  If you're looking for ways that you can help, here is one of them.
