January 3, 2012 I don’t understand how people can be so cruel to animals it just boggles my mind that anyone would toss puppies out of a moving vehicle on the highway, but it's what appeared to have happened. Thank goodness country superstar Carrie Underwood had driven by later and found the puppies on the side of the road. Unfortunately one of the puppies didn’t survive the toss but one did.
Miranda Lambert isn’t one to be afraid to tell you what she’s thinking or feeling. The song that scored her the first Top 10 single of her career, ‘Gunpowder and Lead,’ showed the world of country music that she may be little, but she’s one tough chicky!
The "Grammy Nominations Concert Live" was held last night in Los Angeles and country music was sure represented well! Taylor Swift is up for 3 nominations (wonder where she stores all these darn awards!), Blake Shelton is also up for 3 and there were some really cool performances on the show.
