Regardless June is a big month for country music with shows like our Taste of Country (lineup announced Tuesday morning at 7:20) and the big CMA Festival in Music City. The event formally known as fan fair, has announced some of the performers that have signed on to play at LP Field in Nashville.
June 13, 2011 Martina McBride hosted the 28th annual YWCA Celebrity Auction on Sunday. Martina along with Lady Antebellum and Willie Nelson put autographed posters up for bid, while Alan Jackson, Blake Shelton, Dierks Bentley and Big & Rich donated signed CDs to the sale.
June 9, 2011 Reba has been on tour off and on with George Strait and Lee Ann Womack over the last year and a half and she has loved every minute of it. We were fortunate to have the tour stop in Buffalo last fall. I wondered if Reba would decide to headline her own tour again with supporting acts, well that question was answered this morning in Nashville.

April 25, 2011 One of the most fun events during the 'CMA Music Festival ’ is the City of Hope Softball Challenge in Nashville. This year’s game is set for June 11 at Greer Stadium. The challenge supports and helps raise money for research and treatment for cancer and other life-threatening diseases. I went to Nashville for the festival when it was still known as ‘Fan Fair’ and had a blast.

Preparations are underway for the event and the CMA’s official Facebook page will have the announcement of acts on Tuesday, February 8th at 10am (CST). The CMA Music Fest is June 9-12 and it marks the 40th anniversary of the event that started as Fan Fair®.
