With the 2012 Grammy Awards fast approaching, we’re learning more every day about who will take the iconic stage to host, perform, present and (hopefully) win. The Recording Academy announced today that Miranda Lambert and Dierks Bentley are confirmed presenters for this year’s awards show. The two country stars will be joined by Drake and Gwyneth Paltrow, with more presenters to be announced in the coming weeks.

The Recording Academy celebrated Darius Rucker during Tuesday night’s Grammy Artists Revealed concert in New York City. Darius, who is a two time Grammy winner performed his hit songs ‘This’, Don’t Think I Don’t Think About It’ along with some of his hits from his Hootie & The Blowfish days like ‘Let Her Cry’ and ‘Hold My Hand’. WYRK Taste of Country star Chris Young will attend the Grammy Awards as a first time nominee but it won’t be his first rodeo, as they say. Chris’ first Grammy appearance actually came quite some time ago. “I went as a kid, the show does a Grammy jazz choir every year, and I was one of six people they picked to perform. So I did the CBS morning show and got to perform the pre-party for the nominees”, said Chris.
