The University of Buffalo Bulls had a tough time at home against nationally ranked Baylor at UB Stadium last Friday night, but this week they look to rebound against 0-3 Norfolk State.  It's a 3:30 kickoff on Saturday.  And before this week's game Spin Doctors headline the tailgate concert starting at 1:30.
