The Skinny On Eric Church
The WYRK/NAPA Auto Parts Taste of Country (#TOC2012) is in 2 days. This is probably one of the most anticipated TOC's that I can remember in my short career here at WYRK. I'll tell ya, this summer is shaping out to be a pretty nice one.....Eric Church...Zac Brown Band in September. If those are the only two big concerts I see this year....I'm set. Getting back to Eric Church. There are way bigger fans who have been following Church for a lot longer than I have. They know the performer inside and out. For those who don't here is...... Eric Church in a nutshell...LOL
According to Wikipedia.org, Eric Church is actually his middle and last name respectively. It says that his first name is actually Kenneth.
-Born and raised in Granite Falls, North Carolina
-Used to play a lot of Jimmy Buffett covers in his early years at dive bars
-One of his early band names was "Mountain Boys"
-Has a marketing degree from Appalachian State University
