Thompson Square Write a Novel Based on Their Hit Song [VIDEO]

As if winning the CMA Award for Vocal Duo of the Year and having hit songs isn’t enough, husband and wife team Thompson Square have written a novel.  That’s right, Keifer and Shawna Thompson have put pen to paper and wrote a novel based on their hit song “Are You Gonna Kiss Me or Not”.  The book will be published by Simon & Schuster and will hit shelves early summer 2013.

It’s no secret that the best country songs are the story songs with lyrics that paint a picture in your mind when you hear them so the book can be nothing but good.  I’m excited for the release of the novel, which was co-written by fiction writer, Travis Thrasher.  2013 is going to be a big year for Thompson Square, with a book release, new album and landing a spot on Luke Bryan’s ‘Dirt Road Diaries Tour’.  I’ll even go out on limb and predict an ACM Award win for Vocal Duo in the spring.  Success couldn’t have happened for a better couple.
