Toby Keith Fans In Indianapolis Claim He Was Too Drunk To Perform At Recent Concert [VIDEO]

I've seen quite a few Toby Keith concerts and have never witnessed what fans claim they saw at the Klipsch Music Center, just outside Indianapolis on September 13. Some in attendance say the superstar was too drunk to adequately perform.

Now many of them are demanding refunds for their tickets, some of which cost upwards of $300, though no explanations or apologies have been forthcoming from the concert promoters or the Keith camp.
