Toby Keith Surprises a Make A Wish Child After the ACMs

After Toby Keith performed his new single “Somewhere Else” on the ACM’s Sunday night, he went on to play 6 songs at the ‘ I Love This Bar & Grill , where he was joined on stage by baseball great, Roger Clemens during a version of “Ain’t No Sunshine”.  Toby also supports the Make A Wish Foundation and was able to surprise Charlie Grazer , a Make A Wish  child, whose wish was to go to the ACM awards and have dinner at Toby’s bar & grill.  Toby topped that wish by showing up and meeting Charlie and his family. 

“Charlie had the BEST time. We didn’t expect to meet Toby at all so that was a huge surprise for the family.  Not only did Charlie meet Toby, but he and his family got to go on stage when Toby performed and he had the entire crowd cheer Charlie’s name! His parents could not have been more appreciative for the experience. It was already a very special night for the family but that really added the magic to the evening”, said Lauren Bronson of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. 

What a great experience Toby gave to this little boy and his family.  It just warms my heart thinking about it.  Good for you Toby Keith, you're a  great human being.
