Top 5 Most Influential Country Stars Of 2014 (So Far) — #2: Taylor Swift
Whether you like her or not, and whether you say she’s country or not, it doesn’t matter. Taylor Swift is influential, and she represents not only country music well but how to be a good person as well.
Swift is ranked the #1 most charitable person of 2013. She gives a TON of money to TONS of charity. But that doesn’t mean half as much as the amount of time she donates. Making people’s dreams come true, hard labor, actually getting out into the community and being there — that takes a different kind of celebrity, where almost any celeb can write a check.
London, I could never thank you enough. See you next time! PS: short hair, don’t care. (!!!) http://t.co/QtL7EJrZjq

But, how she got her status was pure hard work and persistence. Nobody saw Swift on YouTube and decided to make her a superstar. She wasn’t on a competition show or a reality network — she made it herself.
…and you complain about how many boyfriends she writes songs for. Sounds like she’s the poster child for a 24-year-old of hard work. How many other 24 year olds are that self-made. She deserves all seven of her #1 platinum singles on the country chart.
