Twelve Years Of The WYRK Taste Of Country Concert

We’re a few days from the big Taste of Country concert this Friday night and it takes be back to the first show I attended as an employee of WYRK. I remember thinking how impressed I was at how things ran behind the scenes at the show. Neal McCoy was that year’s headliner and Travis Tritt also performed that year. It rained like nobody’s business pretty much all day. When it was time for Neal to play, he appeared in goulashes up in the grandstand. The crowd went wild and Neal soaked up the applause, the rain and all of the above. It was an awesome show and I do remember the sun did come out at the end, a Taste of Country miracle, lol.

The other day I was asked to recall all of the artists that have played shows past. I’m not sure I can’t remember everyone because there have been so many, but I do remember the best of the best. Let’s see how I do. Buy Tickets for Taste of Country HERE.
