Western New York will be well-represented on a national level at the Republican National Convention in Cleveland this week.  Congressman Chris Collins will address the convention.  He's one of seven Congressmen scheduled to speak at the convention.

Collins also spoke at the 2008 Republican National Convention.  He was the first House Republican to endorse Donald Trump.

Although he's served as the co-chairman of Trump's New York campaign, Buffalo businessman Carl Paladino will not speak from the podium, but he'll be very active during the convention.

It's a long-shot in a highly Democratic state, but Trump is intent on winning New York state during the November election and Paladino is focused on doing that.  He's been working for months on getting that job done and he'll be kicking that into high gear this week in Cleveland.
