Arctic Air Blasting This Portion Of New York State
It had to happen sooner or later and in New York State, it is finally here. What has felt like an extended summer has quickly turned to a frigid start for some.
The fall is arguably the best portion of the year to be in New York State. The leaves are perfect for viewing and there are dozens of outdoor adventures and attractions for families to enjoy.
But the reality of living in the Northeast, and in New York, is that it gets COLD!

As of early Wednesday morning, the temperature got as low as 17 degrees in Saranac Lake, New York!
The forecast is calling for another warm up.
As for the snow, the lake effect machine is primed and ready. All we need for a blast of snow is for the winds to be just right over Lake Erie or Lake Ontario and we could see a massive amount of snow as the lake temps are super warm compared to past years.
