Buffalo head coach Sean McDermott has been fired, General Manager Brandon Beane has been promoted and Joe Brady is looking for another job.
It is a wild and surprising day just 48 hours after the Buffalo Bills lost to the Denver Broncos in the AFC Divisional Round.
