It's been an amazing year so far for the Buffalo Bills who everyone thought was going through a rebuilding year.

How many times did you hear in the beginning of the season that the Buffalo Bills were going to be taking a step back?  They had traded away their #1 wide receiver.  Their #2 receiver left the team in free agency to play for another team.  Their starting center was cut in the spring along with a long list of veteran players that had become fan favorites.  Jordan Poyer and  Tre'Davious White were both given walking papers.

Free agency came along and the Bills seemingly didn't make any big splashes.  They signed Curtis Samuel and "some guy" named Mack Hollins.

The draft comes and the Bills trade out of the first round entirely, giving two highly acclaimed receivers to the Chiefs and the Panthers.  People were losing their minds wondering what the heck the Bills were doing!  They chose Keon Coleman with the first pick of the 2nd round.

Matt Milano, who was coming back from a devastating injury the year before, was injured again in training camp.  It felt like the people that were saying the Bills were going to take a step back would be right.

People said what they were going to say.  Then the season started.

We were introduced to the "Everybody Eats" mantra. The Bills came out of the chute with three straight wins before they suffered two losses to AFC teams in the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans.  But they have been able to stack wins ever since.

The Bills will always tell you that winning the division is never the ultimate goal.  Their goal is to win a championship.  But they can't do that without making it into the playoffs. Winning the division ensures that.

With a Miami loss this weekend and a Bills win, they will once again be able to say they are the AFC East Division Champs.  It's their 5th time winning the division in a row since 2020 and the 2nd earliest they've ever done it.  In 1988, the Bills were able to clinch the division in week 12 with 4 games left.  This year they were able to clinch on week 13.
