It felt like once the Bills filled their head coaching position, the rest of the dominoes would begin to fall. However, as of the writing of this post, they now have more positions available than before their head coach was named.

If you somehow missed the announcement yesterday, after interviewing 9 candidates to be their next head coach, the Bills decided to keep the job in-house. They promoted their former offensive coordinator Joe Brady to the job. That means that they will need to fill his old job. Plus, a few days before the announcement was made about Brady, their former special teams coach, Chris Tabor, decided to move on to Miami. That was two jobs to fill. Now we find out that two more coaches have decided to move on.

Bobby Babich is headed to Green Bay

Bobby Babich has been the Bills defensive coordinator for the past two years under Sean McDermott. Today, we found out that he's decided to take a job in Green Bay as the defensive pass game coordinator.

He was with the Bills starting in 2017 previously serving as the safeties coach and then the linebackers coach. The Bills' secondary was at the top of the league at the end of the season.

That would be the 3rd position they'll need to fill.

The Bills are also losing their wide receivers coach

The fourth position is for the wide receivers coach. Adam Henry has been the Bills' wide receivers coach since. Now, he's moving on to Pittsburgh.

Henry has been with the Bills since 2023 and has worked with receivers like Odell Beckham Jr., Jarvis Landry, Stefon Diggs. Now he'll head off to Pittsburgh to work with DK Metcalf.

This is going to be a completely different coaching staff

After firing McDermott and then hiring Brady, it felt like more of the same for Buffalo again. However, for those who were hoping for change, it looks like the Bills will be seeing more than many expected. Aside from Brady, most of the assistant staff will be new to this team.

One of the big names people are throwing around for the Bills at defensive coordinator is former Bills' safety Jim Leonhard, who is currently with the Denver Broncos. As far as the receiver's coach goes, former Buffalo Bill Isaiah McKenzie is saying they need to reach out to former beloved Bills' receivers coach Chad Hall right away.
