The news is not good for those whoa re trying to get to Canada in the next couple of weeks. Being as close as we are to the border, it has been more than frustrating for anyone who enjoys going to visit our neighbors to the north. But things are not getting any better any time soon apparently.

We spoke with the Erie County Health Commissioner this week and learned that there are many open and available COVID vaccine appointments for those who are 16 and older. At this point, there is no clear indication of when things will be returning to the next stage of normal. The Erie County Executive has doubled down on the fact that only vaccinated fans will be allowed in to Highmark Stadium this fall to watch the Buffalo Bills play.

While we wait for the guidelines to change and some of the restrictions to be lifted, we are asked to stay vigilant and keep socially distant and wear a mask when it is necessary.
